⚫ Es su responsabilidad leer mis términos y condiciones, una vez echo el pago, se acepta automáticamente mis TOS.⚫ Los precios no son modificable , no insista en un descuento.⚫El pago puede ser en CLP o por medio de paypal (los precios no incluyen la tarifa de paypal)⚫No hay devoluciones, una vez pagado no se devolverá el dinero.⚫Aceptas que la ilustración se usé en mi portafolio ( irá el crédito correspondiente del propietario)⚫El dibujo se empezara una vez echo el pago, se trabaja en orden de llegada , si necesita algo con urgencia se le hará un cobro extra.⚫Por dibujo hay un máximo de 3 modificaciones posibles, desde la cuarta modificación se pedirá una tarifa extra.⚫Es libre usar la ilustración como quiera, no puede modificar o quitar mi firma o marca de agua.⚫La ilustración no deberá ser modificada, no puede decir que la ilustración fue echa por usted.⚫USO COMERCIAL: no puedes usar la ilustración para vender, debes avisar antes si será de uso comercial, la tarifa tiene un % de acuerdo al precio final.⚫No puedes usar ninguna ilustración o encargo si no eres el propietario.⚫Agregar otro personaje a la ilustración tiene cobro adicional.⚫Diseñar un personaje desde 0 tiene cobro adicional.⚫La ilustración será enviada por correo.

When commissioning you are accepting these conditions (navigate to bottom of the page to accept)

⚫It’s your own responsibility to read my terms of service, once the payment is done, you’re accepting the TOS.⚫ Prices aren’t modifiable, there are no discounts, don’t insist.⚫ Payment can be made in CLP or through PayPal (prices do not include PayPal fee).⚫ There are no refunds, once the payment is done no money is returned.⚫ You agree that I will use the illustration in my portfolio (the corresponding credits will go to the user).⚫ The drawing process will start once the payment has been made; I work in order of arrival. There will be an extra charge if something urgent is needed.
⚫ There is a maximum of three possible modifications per drawing; from the fourth one, there is an extra fee.⚫ You can use the illustration as you want, but you can’t modify or remove its signature or watermark.⚫ The illustration can't and won't be modified; you can't claim it was drawn by you.⚫ COMMERCIAL USE: You can't use the illustration for selling; you must notify beforehand if it is for commercial use; the tariff has a percentage according to the final price.
⚫ You can’t use any illustration or commission if you are not the owner.⚫ Adding another character to the illustration has an additional charge.⚫ Designing a character from scratch has an additional charge.⚫ Commissions will be sent via e-mail.
